Players develop at different stages and often need extra coaching. To truly become a world class player, you need to work tirelessly throughout your career, aiming to improve at all times.

To be an elite performer or athlete it takes deep & meaningful practice x 10,000 hours over 10 years = World class performer. Purposeful practice was the only factor distinguishing the best from the rest.

At Tecnico Coaching we know that private, one-2-one coaching is the ideal way to perfect your technical skills and ability and improve your overall game, allowing the recipients to gain that extra advantage over the competition in a private environment so the player can be coached and developed at a pace that is suitable to them without the outside influences or even distractions of other players BUT more importantly it allows ANY Player of ANY Age the chance of perfecting their skills and raising their self confidence in a professional environment under the individual supervision of one of our fully qualified coaches.

At Tecnico Coaching, not only will we look at developing the strengths of your child, but most importantly, addressing the weaknesses in their game by producing a structured training programme to give positive and lasting results by teaching them the way using our unique How, When, Where and an understanding of Why programme.

Tecnico Coaching will provide all the training equipment for the one -2-one coaching sessions, and it will be the responsibility of parents and the player’s to ensure that the correct clothing and individual equipment is provided for every training session.

Tecnico Coaching has a venue of choice but are flexible, making it easier for you and your lifestyle. We can and will make arrangements (depending on training area available) to hold our one-2-one sessions at a venue of your choice.

Tecnico Coaching abide by the Child Protection and Best Practice regulations put in place by the Football Association, during our one- 2 -one sessions, we request that a parent or guardian are available for the hour to watch  and observe the session.

All our coaches are CRC checked, for added peace of mind, and all are qualified in First Aid.
Locations, times and dates can be tailored to suit individual needs.

Prices range from £30 per hour session.

One-2-One FAQs

Q.  Why do I need personal football training?
A.  To enable you to benefit from individual, professional coaching which will take your game to new levels.

Q.  How can I get the best out of my sessions?
A.  By turning up on time and by communicating with your coach. Before you attend your first session you will be either asked to describe your game to the coach, or have been assessed by him/her. This means that your personal plan is in place right from the start.

Q.  What happens if I cannot attend my session?
A.  It is important to arrive on time for your scheduled sessions. If you are unable to attend for any reason you must give your coach at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours before it is due to start will, the full session fee will still need to be paid.

Q.  What should I bring to my session?
A.  You should arrive in clothing that is suitable for the weather and for football training.

Football shirt or t-shirt, shorts or tracksuit bottoms, socks.

Shin pads, football boots and training shoes suitable for astro turf.

It is also advisable to bring a non-fizzy drink.

Any medication required (to be administered by parent/carer if under 18yrs).

Sunscreen if required.

Q.  What is the teaching style of the training sessions?
A.  Teaching styles vary by coach and are adjusted to suit the needs of each individual, so you will be taught in a style that is best suited to you.

Q.  How do I pay?
A.  You pay by card over the telephone or by bacs

Q.  Where do the sessions take place?
A.  Training takes place in a location and at a time to suit you. When setting up the session, consult with your trainer to organise the best place to hold the session.

Q.  I am a parent, can I stay and watch?
A.  Of course! Parents are encouraged to stay and watch their children’s training session. However, we ask that you do not interrupt the session and that any questions you may have are directed to the coach at the end of the training session.
