We place no pressure on our players to join a team; however, Tecnico Coaching do provide this as a great option for those players who wish to join a team. Tecnico Coaching was founded on a philosophy based on providing pathways for players to join local teams and professional clubs and academies. Tecnico Coaching works in partnership with a local football club and each year we provide new teams for a number of age groups.

Only a certain number of children can join a team; therefore, if there isn’t space in a team in your child’s age group, or your child isn’t quite ready ability-wise, we recommend that they continue to train at one of our weekly training courses until there is a space or they are ready.
